Planning Advice

Security planning advice may be required by local governments, police or planning authorities. These requirements can range from Secured by Design adoption to counter terrorist plans. For most commercial buildings there will be some form of pre-planning requirement for security.

QCIC can provide multiple assessment reports and papers to secure the planning applications for security. Our assessments include blast analysis, Secured by Design accreditation, adherence to local security and planning standards. We maintain a comprehensive library of international security standards and security planning requirements to assist in the discovery of individual project requirements.

Our experience with international projects and our global footprint allows us to recognise requirements and engage with authorities to map out and deliver the specific requirements of projects, buildings and sites. In many cases we can provide international and local licensing to meet the qualification standards required by governments for security consulting services.
