Security policies for global telco company

QCIC supported one of the world’s leading communications service providers to develop their global physical security strategy. Covering all aspects of physical security from policy to site operations, the objective of the project was to develop a physical security strategy that supported the protection of our client’s employees, information, reputation and assets.

Strategy/process taken during the project

Leveraging the QCIC delivery methodology, our discovery activities created a deep understanding of the current status of physical security and also the client’s vision and strategic objectives going forward.

Outcome

During the analysis phase, the QCIC consultants considered all information and requirements identified during the discovery phase. This was then aligned with QCIC’s deep physical security knowledge and experience in order to develop a global physical security strategy that fully aligned to the client’s vision and strategic objectives, including full deployment methodology, timeline and implementation cost estimates.

The advisory support was conducted on time and within budget. QCIC continues to support the client to implement their physical security strategy globally.
