QCIC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to fulfill a lead role within our ‘BUILD’ team. The role will include direct line management of our team of highly technical embedded engineers and technical project managers providing top-level support to internal and external parties. The Program Manager will report directly to the leadership team and will be tasked with leading the project and managing stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will coordinate and direct all facets of the problem management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together. The Program Manager may also delegate subtasks to other team members as approved.
What you will do
- Support the business at various levels across multiple departments.
- Support the wider team with technical escalations.
- Manage a resourcing schedule for multiple Project Managers.
- Support the business development team with technical enquiries.
- Generate proposals with technical and commercial considerations.
- Liaise with clients on a technical level and plan for future deployments.
- Actively participate in improving quality and internal processes.
- Quality check engineers work.
- Provide project management for various projects.
- Be able to confidently manage the deployment of software in enterprise environments.
- Compile technical documentation.
- Liaise with client IT/network leads for software deployments.
- Lead on competitive RFPs in line with client’s requirements.
- Provide oversight and governance for multiple projects.
- Able to communicate at an executive level.
What we are looking for
- Project program management skills to lead multi-discipline (security) global programs across a range of enterprise security solutions.
- Demonstrated work experience in data strategy, management operational reporting, and enabling technologies.
Essential Criteria
- 4+ years as a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager managing the operation, installation and maintenance of regional/global physical security systems.
- Delivering large, complex security integrations.
- Implementations of security technologies.
- Able to build strong, professional client relationships with the ability to proactively identify and resolve client issues.
- Corporate security and workplace safety.
- Understanding of emerging security technology.
- Commercial awareness.
- Stakeholder management.
- Strong communication skills.
Desirable Criteria
- Technical security measures, including cloud-based solutions, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms and management/monitoring systems.
