About the role – QCICJD147
QCIC are seeking an experienced Lenel OnGuard expert at Associate level to fulfil a lead role within our ‘BUILD’ team. The successful candidate will manage various client projects, including direct line management of our team of highly technical embedded engineers, providing top-level support to internal and external parties. The Associate is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of advanced security systems using Lenel OnGuard software, among other platforms. This role involves leading a team of security engineers, ensuring the integrity and functionality of security systems, and providing expert-level support and troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will report directly to the leadership team and will be tasked to review and assist in different areas of QCIC and review the overall process for a specific problem. The successful candidate will coordinate and direct all facets of the problem management effort, including bringing the right teams, tools, and information together. This role may also delegate subtasks to other team members as approved.

- Manage a resourcing schedule for multiple engineers
- Support the business development team with technical enquiries
- Generate proposals with technical and commercial considerations
- Liaise with clients on a technical level and plan for future deployments
- Actively participate in improving quality and internal processes
- Quality check engineers work
- Provide project management for various projects
- Be able to confidently deploy software in enterprise environments
- Compile technical documentation
- Liaise with client IT/Networks leads for software deployments
- Lead on competitive RFP’s in line with the client’s requirements
- Provide oversight and governance for multiple projects
